What areas does Sunset Vibe Chefs serve?
We serve Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Anna Maria Island, Sarasota, and the Greater Tampa Bay area as well as Gulf Coast Beaches. Travel outside these areas may be available upon request.
What group sizes can you accommodate?
We serve intimate dinners for 2 guests up to larger gatherings of 20 guests, depending on the space and service style. For larger celebrations, we can discuss staffing options.

After you submit your event details:
1. We confirm availability.
2. We collaborate on a menu.
3. We arrive with everything needed.
4. We cook, serve, and do post-service cleanup.

Do you provide private chef services for vacation rentals and yacht charters?
Yes. We regularly cook in Airbnb and VRBO vacation rentals throughout the Tampa Bay area, as well as yacht charters and waterfront properties. Whether you’re hosting a beach getaway, birthday celebration, or sunset cruise, we bring a fully customized dining experience to your location.
For yacht charters, we can coordinate directly with the charter company as needed to ensure kitchen access, timing, and menu logistics are seamless.
How do your meal prep services work?
Our meal prep service is ideal for busy professionals, families, or seasonal residents. We create customized weekly menus prepared fresh in your home in three tiers:
- Tier 1 – Prefixed Seasonal Menu
- Tier 2 – Custom Menu/Special Diets
- Tier 3 – Luxury Meal Prep/Specialty/High end dishes and upgrades.
All meal prep is to your dietary preferences and prepared fresh in your home or delivered based on location.
